Sync Configuration

Sync configuration is used to sync and update all the Jira configuration updates in Salesforce automatically.

The syncing includes the following updates:

  1. New fields added in Jira for the Project (new fields added will reflect in Salesforce too).
  2. Existing Jira fields added on Issue Type layouts.
  3. Fields removed from the Jira layout.
  4. Fields deleted from Jira.
  5. Any modifications made in the value of the fields or validation applied/removed on the fields.

Users can also sync the change in Salesforce on a daily basis. To do so, users have to enable sync on a daily basis by selecting the time of the day to schedule sync configuration.
